Can't get the discount.

I purchased Version 3 of the app a few years ago and I’m trying to get the discount to purchase 5.

I followed the FAQ and this is what I did:

1. Downloaded 3.x.19 from the Mac App Store.
2. Downloaded 3.x.19 from the link provided in the FAQ.
3. Managed to get the screen saying that I can get 3.x.19 for $0.00
4. Followed the steps to fill in my e-mail address. Received a bill for $0.00 and an activation code via E-mail.
5. Downloaded 5 from the link provided in the FAQ.
6. Got to the step where it prompts me for my email.

But version 5 still wants to charge me $50, I don’t see the discount anywhere.

Launch version 3.5.19 from the direct download version “Tap Forms Mac” version again.

Then launch the version 5 trial version again. You should see the message about the discount. I know it works because I see people doing that every day.

Restarting my Mac seems to have helped.
