I am a very new user and am finding Tap Forms exceptional.
There is one thing (at least!) that I have had to do a work around for and wonder if there is a direct approach. I have a form for each share haolding I have and a linked form for activity. I want to have a running total of the number of shares I have for the company after each activity (purchase, sale etc). What I’ve done is shown in the screen shot attached – simply add share from the activity to the previous number of shares (which I put in manually). The question is: can I use a formula to add shares from this activity to the total mumber of shares from the last activity?
Thanks

Hi Ray,
Tap Forms doesn’t have the ability to reference values from a previous record in a Calculation field’s formula. You can generate a grand total to display at the bottom of your list of linked records though. But that’s probably not what you’re wanting.
Thanks,
Brendan
