Blank List in iPhone & iPad

    Hi,

    I have a simple database that I keep tax receipts in. Sometime in the last month, something has happened and the list is blank, although the forms list shows it has records.

    When you try to export it says it can as there are no records.

    I have the latest 3.5.5.

    Is there anyway to recover that data?

    Some of my db’s are fine, others like my tax are not and affected by this.

    Hi Paul,

    Can you go to the Customize Form screen for your affected forms, then tap on Sort & Group Settings. Then tap on First Sort Field. Then tap on a field your data should be sorted first by.

    Your records will re-appear. I have a fix for this coming out soon so that if the First Sort Field is not set, your records will still display. Although the sorting won’t be right until that has been set. But at least the records will still be visible.
