I have a big database file that contains xray pictures and patient data since 2013. Last backup made was january 1, 2016. I am trying to backup now so i can save the file in my mac as well as create a migration file for upgrade to tapforms 5. Backup stops and exits at 51 percent. Help please!
Hmm… It could be from having a really large database. How big is the database file and how many images do you have?
Do you have enough storage space for the backup? Is it the Mac version backup that’s stopping or the iOS version?
4 or 5gig is my estimate. IOS version. Lots of space available as I have a 256gb iphone 7plus
You could use iTunes File Sharing to copy the folders and TapForms_db.sqlite file from your iOS device then select all the files and right-click to make a backup file by compressing the files into a single .zip file. Rename the file to “TF-Backup.zip”. Then you can use that file to migrate to Tap Forms 5.
It could be a memory issue with compressing such a large file in Tap Forms for iOS.
