I previously mentioned how terrific it is that you can select and edit images pasted into notes using the markup tools directly from TapForms. Is there a chance we could get that same function for images in photo fields? Currently, it looks like the only way to annotate an image after placing it in a photo field is to download it, open it in Preview (or another editing app), edit, save, and then reupload it into TapForms, which is a lot of steps. There isn’t even a way to get to it in the finder (since the images are stored within blobs), so you end up with multiple copies of the same file. I would love to be able to use the same process that’s available for images pasted into Note fields.
Thank you.
That’s a good question. The functionality for annotating images in the Note field comes from the system. That’s not something I even added. I don’t think there’s an equivalent function from a regular NSImageView control though. But maybe there’s something in the system for that. Not sure.
