I just found Tap Forms – it looks perfect for inventorying my wine collection. There is already a default template for wine inventory! However, the drop down menu for wine type is: red, white, rose, dessert. I’d like to add other items like; champagne, port, etc. How can I add more fields to the drop down menu for ‘type’?

just choose from the tools menu, change list. Then select the type list and add the options with the +

Yes, with the Pick Lists option you can add them one at a time but there’s also an “Add values…” button which lets you add multiple values easily (one per line). Perfect if you already have a list of values that you want to paste in there.
