    Hi everyone

    – I create a Form with all its Fields
    – I insert datasets into the Form
    – I want to add a additonal Field with items from a list to select (on the iPhone)
    – Into Setup of the Form looks evrything fine
    – If I return to the Form inserting new datasets, this specific new Field is not shown
    – I had to delete the Database with all its Forms on the Phone
    – Downloading again, the Form and the additional Field is shown, ready to insert Data as usual

    Is this case allready known? Am I the only one with this issue? I am a newbie on TapForms so please forgive me, if I upset somebody.

    Hi Markus,

    I did just test again adding a new field to a form and it did show up for me. But maybe instead of deleting the entire document, you could just close it and re-open it to see if the field is added to the form.

    It is getting worse

    Closing and reopening the App has no effect at all. It is getting worse. (The issue is only in the mobile version and only the form in which you insert your records).
    – The menue (mobile) to change the order of the fields and inserting new fields looks 100 % OK
    – When I open the form to insert the Data, the new field is not shown
    – Fields are disappearing
    – Fields previously shown in my section misc (Adding Foto) is shown in my section time and date
    – The field section misc is no more shown in the form where I insert new data
    – If I check the formsetup evrything is fine and in the order it should be

    – ???

    Would you be able to email me a backup of your document so I can investigate this issue for you? Send it to support@tapforms.com. Difficult to diagnose on the forum, especially without seeing that’s going on.

    I provide you with screenshots asap. The field names are in german. I hope that is no problem
