Is there a way to edit all of the records in a search without having to go through and edit each individually? I have a key date entered for each record that I use to calculate age as of that date. The date for a certain lookup of records has just changed. With over 300 records in the lookup, I’d like to not have to edit each individually.
As always, thanks for the help.
On the Mac version you can switch to the multi-column list view, then use the fill-down feature to copy values from one cell to all the others down or up within the field.
So you could do your search, make the change to one cell, then drag the little yellow dot up or down to copy the value to the other records.
Thanks!
