What are Universal Layouts?

Universal Layouts are a new type of layout in Tap Forms Pro that let you design custom layouts that work across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Create individual layouts for each device type or use a single custom layout across all platforms. You can design universal layouts on either macOS or iOS and they’ll become available on each other platform when you sync your devices.

• A Universal Layout controls how fields and custom items are arranged when editing/viewing records.
• You can create multiple layouts per form and switch between them.
• The standard Default Layout is always available. This is the same layout you’re used to seeing by default when you create a new form. It is always available and cannot be deleted.
• Deleting a layout does not delete your record data.
