Hello, I’m running Tap Forms 5.3.27 on an iMac (10.13.6). It no longer does an iCloud sync. There are no error messages. The last download was 3/27.2022. (my MacBook Air syncs fine). Any suggestions?

Have you tried rebooting all of your devices to see if that gets it going again? Sometimes that works.

I also noticed that some other iCloud applications (like Notes) are not syncing as well.
I spend an hour on the phone with Apple support but they were not able to resolve the situation. I was unable to log out of iCloud. After rebooting in Safe Mode, I was unable to log out but not log in to iCloud. After numerous solutions, the only thing he could recommend was an erase/reinstall. :-(
I’m open to further suggestions before I embark on this very time consuming potential fix!

Rather than erasing, have you thought about just a re-install?
