    Is it possible to set the colour of a record based on a check mark within the record?

    It may well be easy but I can’t for the life of me find how to.

    Hi Mark,

    Not the record’s background row colour.

    But you could use a Pick List with a colour specified for different values and then set the “Record Colour Field” option on the Form Properties to have Tap Forms display a colour bar next to the row depending on the value selected in the Pick List.
