You could add a Note field with a default value and add it to the end of your form.
Or on the Mac version you can create a custom layout that has static text that’s always displayed at the bottom of every record.
I tried the note field with a default value but it only shows up on new records. I ended up using a section heading. I have the Mac version but don’t find it mobile enough
You could use the Fill Down function on the Mac version to copy it to all the existing records.
