For some reason when I now design a new database and create a File Attachment field, the field description always is Right Justified. Change the field to any other type and it becomes Left Justified.
Anyone know why it’s doing this please?

Which version of Tap Forms are you using that’s doing this?
If it’s the iPad version, go to the Tools screen, then toggle the Label Alignment button from left to right to left again.
Version 5.1.2(689) on an iPad 2 iOS 9.3.5 (13G36)
I don’t seem to have that option?
If I change the field type from file attachment to anything else the field description is then left justified. Change it back and it justifies right again!

Did you try changing the Label Alignment setting in the Font Settings screen in the Tools area?
As I suspected – User Error
That’s sorted it!
All I need now is for our politicians to start telling the truth here in the UK but I expect that fix might be above both our pay grades!
