Hi, after backing up (cloudant), I attempted to sync and got an error. After that items in my forms started dissappearing. Including a form that had over 2700 items in it. I attempted to open the latest back up by the data is still missing.
How can I get my data back?
Also, I’ve tried to migrate the database from my phone by tapforms crashes during “compressing document” phase. 3 times now.
If the deleted data was synced to Cloudant, then restoring from the backup will cause the data to get deleted again unfortunately.
If you email me the database name property from the Mac version then I can create a file that you can open and login to Cloudant with and all the data should get downloaded from Cloudant.
Or you can use Time Machine to restore the .tapforms document file.
The data on my phone is fine and synced to cloudant. My database on my mac attempts to sync but seems to fail and nothing gets updated.
