When exporting records is there a way to set TF to NOT export the field names in a header row? I just want the data exported, not the field names.

    Hi Leo,

No, it’s not possible. The header row is normally required by most other apps when you want to import.

But you could always open the file up in a Text editor app and delete the first row yourself.

    Thanks,

Thanks Brendan, that’s what I’m doing but to be honest the header is not always needed. For example I’ve created a database on my Mac using Panorama and I import the CSV data from TF. My database is set up with the fields in the proper order matching that of the TF CSV file and has a number of procedures to analyze the data. I have no need for the header line, in fact it could cause problems if imported.

Perhaps an option to allow the user to toggle the header export on/off as needed?

    Hi Leo,

Perhaps an option for that would be good. Thanks for the suggestion.
