OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR
The sponsor of this promotion is ClickSpace Technologies Inc. located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (“Sponsor”). Apple is not a sponsor of, nor is responsible for conducting this promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible, you must be the age of majority in your province or country of residence at the time of the end of the contest. You are not eligible if you are: a) an employee of ClickSpace Technologies Inc. (the “Sponsor”) or one of its development, advertising or promotional agencies; or b) a member of the immediate family (defined as parent, sibling, child or spouse, regardless of where they reside) or household of any of the above persons. Contest NOT VALID in Quebec, Canada.

3. HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest opens on or around 12:00:01 am (MST) on November 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (MST) on November 30, 2010. To enter visit the Sponsor website and fill out the entry form. All fields on the entry form must be valid and completed unless they are indicated as optional. Alternatively, entrants can fill out an entry form from http://wildfireapp.com/twitter/233/contests/52069 or http://www.facebook.com/tapforms (click the Sweepstakes tab).

4. THE PRIZE:
The Prize is one brand new factory unlocked 32 GB iPhone 4 valued at approximately $800 Canadian Dollars. This is a brand new unopened iPhone 4 that can be used with any supporting GSM carrier in the world. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. Prize includes standard rate shipping to the verified winner’s preferred address. No prize substitutions allowed. The Prize winner is responsible for all fees and taxes involved with the use of the Prize, such as, but not limited to carrier charges, setup fees, data and voice usage fees, cancellation charges, legal fees, etc.

5. DRAWING:
A random draw will be conducted from the total entries received the day after contest closure. The contest administrator will attempt to contact the selected entrant at the email address provided in the online survey or entry. The chances of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

6. HOW TO WIN:
To be declared a winner, if the potential winner is a Canadian resident, the selected entrant must (a) correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed mathematical skill-testing question to be answered at a convenient time. All other country residents must (b) sign a declaration of compliance with the Contest Rules and a release of the Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, Facebook.com, the affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”) of any and all liability in connection with the Contest and the Prize; and (c) consent to the announcement of the winner’s name and its use by the Sponsor of the winner’s name, address, photograph likeness, voice or statements for advertising, information for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice to the winner. After notifying the selected entrant by email, the contest administrator will email all of the foregoing documents in this paragraph (the “Package Materials”). The selected entrant must complete and return to the contest administrator the Package Materials within 5 days of receipt by email or fax. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted at the email address provided by the selected entrant upon entry, or the Package Materials are not returned in accordance with this paragraph, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Without limiting any of the foregoing, Releasees will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by use of the Sponsor’s website or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and online surveys; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials in this Contest; or (e) erroneous, damaged, destroyed, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed or misdirected entries, regardless of the cause; (f) failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrants to receive Prize notification emails, telephone calls or the Package; or (g) change’s in entrant’s email address or telephone numbers after entries are submitted.

8. PRIVACY:
The Sponsor will be collecting data about you through the online survey or entry form. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of the Sponsor. By participating in the Contest, you hereby agree to such collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

9. RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND:
Sponsor shall not be liable on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from the www.tapforms.com website or the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor and its directors, officers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, divisions and subsidiaries, corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor, any individual that it finds or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the www.tapforms.com website; to be acting in violation of the Contest Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. MISCELLANEOUS:
Participation in the online survey and the Contest constitutes acceptance and agreement to these Contest Rules. Entrants who have not complied with these Contest Rules are subject to disqualification from this Contest and any future contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited by law. Contest is not valid in Quebec, Canada. If any provision of these Contest Rules is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected entrant may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim.
