Exporting Audio?

    I am running Tap Forms (2.0.2).

    I have set-up a form with an Audio recording field.

    I have then used the form an recorded some audio.

    I have then tried exporting the form using FTP but the audio content isn’t exported.

    When I look (via the web interface) at the Audio Recording folder it is empty.

    I think I must be missing a step – how do I get audio recordings out of Tap Forms?

    Also, does the backup process backup the audio recordings and the pictures in forms?

    Hi,

    Hmm… I’m not sure why the Audio Recording folder would be empty since that’s where I store all the audio recordings. Could you try using Cyberduck (http://www.cyberduck.ch) and connecting with FTP? Maybe using the web browser to access the FTP server in Tap Forms isn’t working right with your browser.
