It's done when you enable encryption at the field level. When you encrypt a field and you try to access a form that has an encrypted field, Tap Forms will prompt you for an alphanumeric password. It does really stand out. Oh - and I'm so glad to see the date picker has the option to revert back to the previous method; it makes it actually possible to do things like enter dates of birth without sitting there with your finger on the screen for 20 minutes for each record :) I love this app so much, and recommend it to my friends a lot.
